Felix' Perfect Curry Reviews
Stu.
Very authentic. Top curry.

Great flavours Felix. My wife said it was similar to the Bhuna we have at our local Indian. But now I can make it myself! Fabulous.

Don't make this dish until you have mastered the techniques for my Basic Curry.
This curry introduces you to the use of whole spices in addition to the ground spices. These will require the full 30 mins cooking with the spices paste. Keep adding water and stirring, adding and stirring. Otherwise your spices will taste bitter and the seeds will be evident in the mouth.
You're well on your way to being able to cook any curry you want! Persevere. Felix.
